Role Overview: As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting both mechanical and electronic components of our products. The role combines mechanical assembly skills with a strong understanding of electronic systems. Responsibilities:
- Assemble & Build: Perform accurate assembly of electro-mechanical systems, including wiring, soldering, and automation implementation based on detailed schematics and engineering drawings.
- Inspect & Test: Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of mechanical and electronic assemblies to ensure product functionality and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues related to both mechanical and electronic components during production and testing stages.
- Work closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams to improve assembly processes and provide input on design and product development.
- Document & Maintain: Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, test results, modifications, and any repairs performed on products.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, with proficiency in both mechanical and electronic components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and using electronic testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Optical knowledge is an advantage, including experience with optical alignment or working with optical systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
