Role Overview and Responsibilities:
- As a member of our software team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our next-generation software platform initiatives. You will work on our Linux based platforms and ensure seamless integration across our diverse technological disciplines.
- Work closely with fullstack developers subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
- Develop low-level applications running our security appliances.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Academic: B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical/Software/Computer Engineering, or related fields(leading universities an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years software related experience .
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core (C#), Python, web services (RESTful APIs, ASP.NET), and Linux (Ubuntu). Demonstrated experience in setting up CI/CD workflows and developing RESTful APIs.
- Security: A solid grasp of user authentication and management practices – an advantage.
Desired Skills:
- Systems Integration: Prior experience in multidisciplinary systems.
- Networking: Understanding of networking concepts, developing network interconnected software or in-depth knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.
- Design Collaboration: Experience working alongside designers to define user scenarios and stories.
- Platform Development: Familiarity with Docker and container technologies – an advantage.
- Embedded Communication: Familiarity with serial or I2C protocols – a significant advantage
