Role Overview: HEQA Security is seeking a skilled and experienced NPI Engineering Manager to lead the transition processes from development to production, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, and product quality management within the company. The role includes responsibility from the development phase for DFx – Design For Manufacturability, Testability, Assembly, Cost, and Quality, working closely with the R&D, production, and supply chain teams.
