Role Overview and Responsibilities:
- As a member of our software team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our next-generation software platform initiatives. You will work on our Linux-based platforms and ensure seamless integration across diverse technological disciplines.
- Work as a senior full-stack developer, taking responsibility for features from design, through implementation, to integration in the product.
- Develop low-level applications running our security appliances.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical/Software/Computer Engineering, or related fields (leading universities an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of software-related experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Design patterns, clean code, SOLID principles, web services (RESTful APIs, ASP.NET), Unit tests, and operation systems. Experience in setting up CI/CD workflows – an advantage.
- Security: A solid grasp of user authentication and management practices – an advantage.
Desired Skills:
- Systems Integration: Prior experience in multidisciplinary systems.
- Networking: Understanding of networking concepts, developing network interconnected software, or in-depth knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.
- Design Collaboration: Experience working alongside designers to define user scenarios and stories.
- Platform Development: Familiarity with Docker and container technologies – an advantage.
- Embedded Communication: Familiarity with high-speed protocols (PCIe, USB3) and low-level drivers – a significant advantage
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core (C#), Python, C++ and Linux (Ubuntu).
- Soft skills: Ability to work independently, and lead features development, while – at the same time – thriving in a tight-knit team environment.
